What is Jet Lag?
Jet lag is the caused by flying over multiple time zones causing your body's sense of time to be out of synch. Symptoms of jet lag may include digestive problems, headache, fatigue, irregular sleep patterns, temporary insomnia, disorientation, grogginess and irritability. Different people recover at different rates. Some evidence indicates that for most people, traveling west to east is more disruptive.
